Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 July 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE.

Welcome to UK Tops List, together with its subdomains, content and marks (the “Site”). These Terms of Use set out your legal rights and obligations when using the Site, operated by TDB Marketing Limited (“we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

What this Site is — and is not

UK Tops List is an independent information and comparison website. We do not accept bets or wagers, hold customer funds, or operate any gambling service ourselves. Where we link to third-party gambling operators, those operators are separately licensed and regulated — typically by the UK Gambling Commission — and are solely responsible for their own products, promotions and terms. You should always check an operator's current licence and terms directly with them before opening an account.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Changes take effect ten (10) days after the revised Terms are posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

Age Restriction

This Site is intended only for individuals aged 18 or over. It is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under that age. If you are under 18, please do not access or use the Site.

Site Access & Restrictions

While these Terms are in effect, we grant you permission to access and use the Site, provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable law, including UK gambling advertising rules where relevant.

You must not: (i) copy, distribute or modify any part of the Site without our prior written consent; (ii) create derivative works from, transfer, reproduce, publicly display or otherwise exploit our content except as expressly permitted here; (iii) disrupt or overload servers or networks connected to the Site; (iv) use automated tools (including “robots” and “spiders”) to access or scrape the Site; or (v) circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature of the Site.

Intellectual Property Rights

Content and Marks

The content on the Site (text, documents, graphics, photos, sounds, videos and the like) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”) are the property of UK Tops List and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site and the content.

Use of Content

Content on the Site is provided to you for your information and personal use only and may not be used, modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

Third Party Sources and Content

The Site may let you view, access, link to and use content from third party websites and services (“Third Party Content”), including the gambling operators we feature. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, licensing status or privacy practices. Your use of any Third Party Content, and any account you open with a third-party operator, is entirely between you and that third party and at your own discretion and risk. Any query or complaint about a specific operator's service should be directed to that operator, not to us.

Accuracy of Information & Links

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but bonus terms, odds and promotions change frequently and we cannot guarantee that content on the Site is always complete, current or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. The most accurate and current terms for any offer are always those published on the relevant operator's own website.

The Site may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or practices of any third-party website, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement of everything on it.

Privacy

Any personal information we collect in connection with the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF BUGS OR ERRORS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND ANY RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY IT LINKS TO, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from these Terms or your use of, or inability to use, the Site, and our total liability to you will not exceed £1,000.

Indemnity, Term and Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold TDB Marketing Limited and its affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause. On termination, you must stop using the Site; the sections most naturally intended to survive termination — including Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy, Warranty Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity — continue to apply.

General

We may discontinue or modify any part of the Site at any time. These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Any claim arising from your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, except where a longer period is required by law. If you are a UK consumer, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
